THE CHALLENGE
The Dismas House of Nashville had relocated into its new building from its current eight-bed house on 16th Avenue South to a 72-bed campus at 2424 Charlotte Ave. To align with the changes of their organization we had refreshed their brand.
THE SOLUTION
The created mark is composed of Connected Blue lines which represents the tight and a welcoming relationship within the community. When everybody is connected, no one is left behind. The Dove symbolizes peace and a reference to the old Dismas Logo. There is also a resemblance of the new building and a playful positioning of the colors of the new and old representations of the organization. Light blue for peace, Dark Blue for Importance and Orange for Encouragement.
The disalignment of the color positioning and lines represents that not all of us are perfect and we are all broken but all of us deserves second chances, a shelter and a hope for change.
